Indian cuisine has many different ways to prepare vegetarian dishes. Many of your favourite Indian foods are naturally completely void of meat and dairy. Onions bhajis, tadka dal, saag aloo, channa masala, vegetable biryani – and that’s just to name a few! Indian vegetarian food is protein rich, flavorsome & vibrant! In this class you will learn how to make a delicious vegetarian dinner party menu from scratch so you can return home to your kitchen to impress your friends & family.
